The PRIME solution of the Nexus Smart ID platform will be used to issue electronic certificates and manage their lifecycle in order to secure the exchange of users and laptops via virtual smart cards (TPMs).
It will be implemented by the General Secretariat of Economic and Financial Ministries in coordination with the Nexus Professional Services team.

The General Secretariat of Economic and Financial Ministries (SG) is a joint structure of the two ministries. It acts in a transversal way by exercising at the same time ministerial steering missions in the field of the modernization, the support functions and the missions of management of the central services (human resources, logistics, real estate, computer science ...).
In addition, he assists ministers in the exercise of their defense and security responsibilities, with the Secretary General being a senior defense and security official (HFDS).
